Our Laser Cut Large Horizontal IFAK pouch is designed to hold an SF Operator’s medical kit, including multiple Combat Gauze, Chest Seals, CATs, Trauma Bandage and nasopharyngeal Airways. Lysander MED Waist Bag is a modern solution with easy access to everything inside. The ergonomic shape allows you to carry it under the plate carrier or in small spaces.
At the front – a flat pocket for protective gloves, closed with a zipper, and a Velcro panel for identification. The main compartment opens with a two-way zipper. There is soft Velcro padded inside, so you can adjust the configuration as you need it. In the rear part is a flat pocket with sewn-on rubbers, closed with a small Velcro. On the closing flap, there is a sewn-on pocket for scissors and a flat pocket closed with a zipper. On both sides, there is a laser-cut MOLLE system so you can attach additional pockets for dressings, bands, or other necessary equipment. Internally we have introduced a webbing strap, which threads under your med kit and when pulled seamlessly elevates the contents of the pouch with one hand.
Both sides of the pouch have additional external webbing for attachment of extra CATs or smaller pouches etc. The lid of the pouch has a Velcro square for attachment of First Aid patch etc. Warriors IFAK occupies only 2 rows of MOLLE webbing so it can be mounted on any amour carrier, chest rig or fits perfectly on the rear of Warriors PLB Belt, Gunfighter Belt or Frag Belt.

The biggest change is the more visible MED sign on the front that in laser cut in the loop Velcro®, which allows adding various patches, including IR signs. The med pouch itself still has it’s most important features known from the previous versions. Partially elastic outer pouch will fit even more medical equipment, while still remaining very flat. Even though the pouch was designed mainly to fit on the back of our MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can be used on any MOLLE/PALS compatible surface or on gun belt up to 45mm wide. The pouch features easy, ambidextrous access to the insert via antislip Hypalon® pullers.
