Lysander MED Waist Bag
Lysander MED Waist Bag is a modern solution with easy access to everything inside. The ergonomic shape allows you to carry it under the plate carrier or in small spaces.
At the front – a flat pocket for protective gloves, closed with a zipper, and a Velcro panel for identification. The main compartment opens with a two-way zipper. There is soft Velcro padded inside, so you can adjust the configuration as you need it. In the rear part is a flat pocket with sewn-on rubbers, closed with a small Velcro. On the closing flap, there is a sewn-on pocket for scissors and a flat pocket closed with a zipper. On both sides, there is a laser-cut MOLLE system so you can attach additional pockets for dressings, bands, or other necessary equipment. The bottom also has a MOLLE system that allows you to mount e.g. our COMBAT STRETCHER. There is a shock cord for additional equipment to the bottom of the Lysander MED Waist Bag.
Direct Action Compact Med Pouch Horizontal – Multicam
Compact MED Pouch Horizontal is a modern approach to the one of the most essential parts of your gear. Made of Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser cut laminate, this first aid kit is designed to be carried on the back of the belt. Works great with the HORNET® Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, although it can be mounted on any MOLLE/PALS compatible platform or a belt up to 45 mm wide, via paracord loops. It will accommodate most of the popular first aid sets needed during a mission. The medical essentials are secured with elastic loops. The minimalist, ambidextrous insert with a Hypalon® handle can be operated with one hand. At the top of the pouch there is a wide, elastic loop for carrying the tourniquet, while on the back of the insert you can attach a shears pouch. The Velcro® panel with the word “MED” enables rapid identification of the pouch.

Helikon Tex Competition Nautic Shooting Belt Black
Competition Nautic Shooting Belt is one of our basic, 45 mm wide range belts. With a partially stiffened construction it allows a stable carry of a holster with a pistol, as well as ammo pouches, med kits, and accessory items. Loop lining allows combination of the belt with an additional inner belt for stability during use. The belt is fastened with a genuine Cobra® Nautic buckle; the buckle is not only resistant to salt, dust, and debris, but is also much flatter than other Cobra® buckles, making it much more comfortable, even during prolonged use. What’s more, the Nautic belt is a perfect choice for any modular belt sleeve.

Helikon Tex Competition Modular Belt Sleeve Black
COMPETITION Modular Belt Sleeve® is one of the two platforms of the COMPETITION Set. It was designed as an additional sleeve for the main 45 mm wide COMPETITION Nautic Shooting Belt, but will also work with any other gun belts up to 45 mm wide. The sleeve is fully padded with thick, durable EVA® foam, so that you won’t feel any discomfort from gun belt of sharp edges of the pouches. On the surface there are laser cut modular platforms compatible with MOLLE/PALS system. The platforms are divided into section so that you are able to weave your belt outside for mounting holster or belt mountable pouches. On the sides there are two horizontal slits on the bottom for mounting hip holsters or drop leg panels. The sleeve is profiled and lined with mesh for comfort even during prolonged use. Four low profile paracord loops will allow mounting of any harness.
