The versatile tactical hole pattern on the bracket also accommodates any Safariland tactical accessory, such as the ELS plate, with customizable mounting options for the user’s preferred angle and cant.
The bracket is manufactured from high-grade 5052-H32 aluminum, ensuring robust performance and longevity. The tourniquet pouch, engineered with a unique two-half design and rubber O-rings, securely retains major tourniquet brands and integrates seamlessly with the Safariland bracket and other tactical setups.

Made of Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser cut laminate, this first aid kit is designed to be carried on the back of the belt. Helikon Tex COMPETITION MED KIT® Multicam
COMPETITION Med Kit® is part of the COMPETITION set, designed to fit all your basic medical essentials on the range. Even though the pouch was designed mainly to work with the COMPETITION Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can also be used separately on any modular platform or on the belt. The pouch has a two part construction: one is external, ambidextrous pouch made of Cordura® 500D and the second one is a lightweight insert for your whole medical kit. Internal elastic loops will hold your essentials in place, while stiffened, antislip puller will help you deploy the kit within seconds. Warrior Laser Cut Small Horizontal Individual First Aid Kit – Multicam
Our Laser Cut IFAK pouch is designed to hold an operator’s personal medical kit, including Combat Gauze, CAT and/or Trauma Bandage. They are all stored securely in a removable sleeve, which slots inside the outer pouch.
The sleeve and medkit are held firmly in place by elasticated sides and Velcro.
A large tab with non-slip Hypalon coating is attached to the inner sleeve and once pulled with force releases the inner sleeve from the otter pouch, allowing quick and easy access single-handed operation.
