The M-9 Assault Medical Backpack from TSSi was specifically designed with the guidance of a Tier 1 Physician Assistant (PA), who also served as a Special Operations 18D medic, as the first medical pack with a very thin profile to carry the necessary emergency support items for operational medics working in confined spaces. The M-9 is equipped with a removable waist strap and has four carry options: padded and unpadded backpack straps; accessory connectors to attach the pack directly to body armor or a load bearing vest (LBV); and carry handles located on top of the pack body and flap.

Tactical Medical Blast Bandage
The BLAST® Bandage was designed to provide the ability to quickly package traumatic amputations, burns, and large pattern wounds with minimal use of supplies and minimal effort. The BLAST® Bandage provides a 20″ X 20″ treatment area, but packs to about the size of a 4” combat bandage. SAM® Junctional Tourniquet (SJT) is designed to control hemorrhages and bleeding in inguinal or axilla areas. Where standard tourniquets may not be applicable, SJT can be applied in under 25 seconds, controlling bleeding and immobilizing pelvic fractures.
TIGHTEN WITH CONFIDENCE
The Patented SAM® AUTOSTOP buckle acts to ensure all slack is removed prior to TCD inflation. Once optimal compressive force is reached, two prongs activate, clicking to confirm correct application. The buckle is secured in place with its Velcro® system strap.
TARGET COMPRESSION DEVICE
