BUILT TO STABILIZE

 SAM® Junctional Tourniquet (SJT) is designed to control hemorrhages and bleeding in inguinal or axilla areas. Where standard tourniquets may not be applicable, SJT can be applied in under 25 seconds, controlling bleeding and immobilizing pelvic fractures.

 TIGHTEN WITH CONFIDENCE

The Patented SAM® AUTOSTOP buckle acts to ensure all slack is removed prior to TCD inflation. Once optimal compressive force is reached, two prongs activate, clicking to confirm correct application. The buckle is secured in place with its Velcro® system strap.

TARGET COMPRESSION DEVICE

SJT’s Target Compression Device (TCD) quickly inflates with a removable hand pump or any luer lock syringe, minimizing blood loss. Two TCDs can be used to occlude blood flow bilaterally.

TCD EXTENDER

Fits over top of the Target Compression Device to provide the only junctional tourniquet application for upper body injuries.

UPPER AXILLA APPLICATION

SJT and its Target Compression device can be used to control Axilla or upper arm hemorrhages.

The NORSE RESCUE® Saline Lock Kit is a comprehensive, pre-assembled solution for emergency medical providers tasked with establishing intravenous (IV) access in the field. This kit facilitates the creation of a saline lock—an essential access point that allows for the administration of fluids or medications directly into the vein without the need for multiple IV starts.

Included are two Vacutainer stretch tourniquets to aid in vein identification, two pre-injection swabs for aseptic preparation, and a sterile gauze compress to support post-insertion care. The IV dressing ensures secure placement, while the two 18G Venflon syringes and 18G hypodermic needle offer reliable access for medication or fluid delivery. The 10 ml syringe supports flushing and medication administration with precise control.
