The SAM IO Needle Adaptor attaches to the SAM IO Driver to accommodate alternative IO needles specifically EZ-IO Needles only. It snaps into place around the hub of the alternative needle so the needle will connect to the Driver. The adaptor is single use. The adaptor is not needed if you are using SAM IO needles.

The Pocket BVM (bag valve mask) is an innovative resuscitator that provides breathing support to patients experiencing respiratory distress. Another advantage of the Pocket BVM is that is can easily be passed from one EMS provider to another. It can be thrown even in the toughest of circumstances – fire, water, dirt etc. The box is especially robust and water-resistant and is built to withstand the toughest of environments.
The Pocket BVM is made of the highest quality materials. The resuscitator is crafted from top end silicone and all of the connections and materials conform to industry safety standards. The entire unit is simple to assemble and can be ready in seconds. The resuscitator itself has an ergonomic and lightweight design for optimal end-user handing and requires minimum pressure for compression and quickly recovers its shape. Additionally, it has a special textured surface to ensure a comfortable and firm grip which allows for effective ventilation for extended periods while simultaneously reducing hand-fatigue.

SAM® Junctional Tourniquet (SJT) is designed to control hemorrhages and bleeding in inguinal or axilla areas. Where standard tourniquets may not be applicable, SJT can be applied in under 25 seconds, controlling bleeding and immobilizing pelvic fractures.
