The Management of Corpdefense NGTT, Lda declares and guarantees that neither it nor any of its collaborators or representatives will receive or offer, pay or promise to pay, directly or indirectly, bribes, offers, commissions, counterparts, incentives or rewards to Public or Private Officials with any business opportunities that may arise.

Furthermore, in case of receiving a request from any Public or Private Officials requesting payments, bribes, gifts, commissions, considerations, incentives or rewards, Management of Corpdefense NGTT, Lda will immediately disclose it to the Competent Authority.
