A Smaller Narrower version of Warriors award winning Large Medic Rip Off. It holds a wide variety of Med Kit Elastic Compartments and Tabs organise kit in order of use. It can hold up to a Max of 2 x C.A.Ts 2 x Compression Bandages 2 x Quick Clot Combat Gauze Bolin Chest Seal Airways Scissors.
The Pouch can be mounted on Rigs or Leg its held securely in place by Velcro and backed up by Velcro webbing closure simply remove the safety and either use the pouch in the traditional form or pull down hard using the handle and rip the pouch off the panel allowing it then to be instantly given to another operator/medic or casualty whilst permitting the owner to continue with the mission or to the objective.

At the front – a flat pocket for protective gloves, closed with a zipper, and a Velcro panel for identification. The main compartment opens with a two-way zipper. There is soft Velcro padded inside, so you can adjust the configuration as you need it. In the rear part is a flat pocket with sewn-on rubbers, closed with a small Velcro. The biggest change is the more visible MED sign on the front that in laser cut in the loop Velcro®, which allows adding various patches, including IR signs. The med pouch itself still has it’s most important features known from the previous versions. Partially elastic outer pouch will fit even more medical equipment, while still remaining very flat. Even though the pouch was designed mainly to fit on the back of our MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can be used on any MOLLE/PALS compatible surface or on gun belt up to 45mm wide. The pouch features easy, ambidextrous access to the insert via antislip Hypalon® pullers. The interior of the zippered insert was designed to hold in place first aid essentials in well planned elastic loops.
