Overview

Warriors Elite Ops Riggers Belt is made from the highest standard Mil Spec materials.The webbing used is 4088 type V11 and has a breaking strain greater than 6000 lbs. The Metal Buckles are made from heat treated hardware with a tensile strength of 2500 lbs and finished in Dark Grey Phosphate. The Material is treated with a resin which makes the belt stiff yet plyable, this is the perfect combination, it will not dig in to your sides but is rigid enough to support a holster or drop leg without the belt twisting.

V Ring Triangle: 1208-2 PS22020-2 Meets Spec PIA-H-7195 and PIA-H-7195- Load 2500 lbs, Forged Steel with phosphate finish.

Quick Fit Belt Buckle:  1203-2 PS22040-2 Meets Spec  PIA-H-7195, ANSI Z-359.2 and CSA Z-259.12-01-Load 4000 Lbs, Forged Steel with phosphate finish.

Sewn with Multiply Nylon Bonded Mils Spec Thread

Threads

Thread quality is fundamental to the construction, durability and strength of tactical equipment.

Two factors have a negative impact on the life Span of threads

1) Mildew is one of the most common factors in the deterioration of military kit, causing it to rot and ultimately results in unacceptable failure.

2) Sunlight has a harmful effect on the performance of threads, and over time causes their deterioration.

Warrior only uses the highest quality US Mil Spec nylon threads imported from the USA which are threated against both UV and Mildew.

Infra-Red Properties

All our Clips, Fabrics, Plastic Hardware, Threads and MultiCam/Coyote Webbing are treated at source to deliver the lowest I.R. Signature possible.

The DCS (Dynamic Combat System) is a lightweight armour carrier with removable sides. Can hold Nexus Soft Armour Front and Back and in adjustable side pouches, the DCS is also capable of holding large ballistic plates 10″ x 12″ front and back and 6″ x 8″ side plates.
The DCS is fully adjustable for height and width, comes with 3D Spacer mesh lining for cooling and comfort.
The DCS can be be worn in tandem with the Warrior Frag Belt (sold separately)
