Warriors IFAK pouch is designed to hold an operators personal medical kit, Combat Gauze, CAT and Trauma Bandage. Medical shears can be stored securely at the rear of the pouch to allow quick and easy access. Internally we have introduced a webbing strap, which threads under your med kit and when pulled seamlessly elevates the contents of the pouch with one hand.
Both sides of the pouch have additional external webbing for attachment of extra CATs or smaller pouches etc. The lid of the pouch has a Velcro square for attachment of First Aid patch etc. Warriors IFAK occupies only 2 rows of MOLLE webbing so it can be mounted on any amour carrier, chest rig or fits perfectly on the rear of Warriors PLB Belt, Gunfighter Belt or Frag Belt.

Our Laser Cut IFAK pouch is designed to hold an operator’s personal medical kit, including Combat Gauze, CAT and/or Trauma Bandage. They are all stored securely in a removable sleeve, which slots inside the outer pouch.
The sleeve and medkit are held firmly in place by elasticated sides and Velcro.
A large tab with non-slip Hypalon coating is attached to the inner sleeve and once pulled with force releases the inner sleeve from the otter pouch, allowing quick and easy access single-handed operation.

The Laser Cut IFAK has been designed to be attached horizontally to any one of our Warrior belts, by way of 4 MOLLE arms. It can also be attached vertically by using our Warrior 90-degree adapter.

Compact MED Pouch Horizontal is a modern approach to the one of the most essential parts of your gear. Made of Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser cut laminate, this first aid kit is designed to be carried on the back of the belt. Works great with the HORNET® Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, although it can be mounted on any MOLLE/PALS compatible platform or a belt up to 45 mm wide, via paracord loops. It will accommodate most of the popular first aid sets needed during a mission. The medical essentials are secured with elastic loops. The minimalist, ambidextrous insert with a Hypalon® handle can be operated with one hand. At the top of the pouch there is a wide, elastic loop for carrying the tourniquet, while on the back of the insert you can attach a shears pouch. The Velcro® panel with the word “MED” enables rapid identification of the pouch.

Our Laser Cut Large Horizontal IFAK pouch is designed to hold an SF Operator’s medical kit, including multiple Combat Gauze, Chest Seals, CATs, Trauma Bandage and nasopharyngeal Airways. They are all stowed securely in a removable sleeve, which has elasticated pockets and loops for dedicated storage, the inner sleeve then simply slots inside the outer pouch, and held firmly in place by elasticated sides and Velcro.

Slightly modified and updated version of our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED sign on the front that in laser cut in the loop Velcro®, which allows adding various patches, including IR signs. Also the insert was modified to reduce the weight and bulk of the pouch. The med pouch itself still has it’s most important features known from the previous versions. This two piece IFAK is designed to fit on chest rig side panel or on a belt – taking similar PALS real estate as a magazine pouch. Made mainly of proprietary laminate and 500D Cordura® for enhanced durability. The insert with medical equipment can be deployed with single pull of the Velcro®-closed flap. The whole first aid equipment is well planned and hold in place by elastic webbing loops. The insert itself can be rapidly opened with only one hand. The interior of the main pouch is covered with loop Velcro® which allows you to mount our SHEARS pouch inside. The pouch is not only compatible with any MOLLE/PALS modular platform, but also, due to specially designed paracord loops, it can be mounted on any 45mm wide gun belt.
